"The 2018 Granitos de Cadalso fermented destemmed in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts and had an élevage in concrete of approximately 18 months. It has a flinty/stony nose that’s more reductive than oxidative, a bit shy, floral and slowly developing more nuance. The palate reveals freshness and very fine chalky tannins.
