Phil Colarusso, Jr.
Wine Associate, Premier Wine & Spirits
Phil got involved with wine by a fluke. He worked in beer for several years, getting a part time job at a small wine store in East Aurora to help pay the bills. Because he didn’t want to sound uninformed, he started studying and eventually devoting most of his time to wine over beer. His favorite wines are the ones he hasn’t tried, but he tends to lean French and Spanish in his preferences. On his days off he can be found reading about wine, making beer or wine, cooking, or exploring the area.
