This is an excellent value for a Napa Valley Chardonnay. Golden in color, the wine has savory notes of tropical fruit on the nose. Creamy in texture; the flavors of banana, pineapple and papaya come through, with a nutty toastiness on the finish. This would be a delightful wine to pair with pasta primavera with scallops and asiago cheese.
