Oregon’s soil and style combine with deep rooted Italian family tradition to bring us the best marriage of old and new world winemaking. Layers of berry, hints of toasted oak and notes of vanilla emanate from the glass upon opening. Dense concentration; velvety, supple, sweet black cherry flavors are elegantly displayed and conclude in a vibrant, fresh, clean and lengthy finish. I find this an excellent match for lamb or duck.
