This is a new and exciting blend from Australia. Even though it is a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, the wine shows the luscious, ripe fruit that Australia is known for. It is beautifully balanced with layers of fruit, spice and tannins. Rich in texture and full bodied, I would definitely rate this as a 90+ wine! Pair this wine with meat or chicken dishes with rich flavored sauces.
