The name refers to the seven varietal wines that comprise the blend. The wine itself is dryish to semi-sweet and adequate in acidity, with rich flavors of citrus fruits, peaches and oak.

Searching the aisles for something new for tonight? This unusual white blend of French Colombard, Chardonnay, Riesling, Symphony, Orange Muscat, Gewurtraminer and Sauvignon Blanc has an intense nose of orange blossoms, tangerines, melon and lychee. It is a light, balanced very crisp wine with flavors of upfront tangerine, mango, lychee and citrus. It is such a wonderful change to have something so refreshing! It goes beautifully with sushi, Thai and latin cuisine as well as seafood! One try and you will be hooked!
