This light, perfumy añejo is scented with floral, apple and peach notes. On the tongue, look for lots of agave flavor and a lightly smoky finish.

Straw, with a pale golden cast. Medium-bodeid. Golden raisins, white pepper, sweet herbs. Rounded texture. Delivers a nice, somewhat lush feel. Ample flavors are well balanced by spice and light fragrance in an oily, smooth format that continues through the finish.

The deep yellow/light gold color is genuinely pretty; flawless purity. In the opening nosing passes, the aroma is biscuity and vanilla-like; the fragrance picks up momentum with further aeration, mostly in the aromatic forms of saltwater taffy, light caramel, and vanilla extract. The palate entry is decidedly sweet and caramel-like; by the midpalate stage, the caramel wrests away control of the taste profile and runs with it. Concludes sweet (in an oaky manner), mildly green olive-like; vegetal enough to be interesting.

Clean nose, rich flavor with tones of grass, spice and herbs.
