Clear. Rather neutral wet stone, fresh custard and mild peppery spice and flavors with a silky dry-yet-fruity medium body and a smooth, creamy, dusty mineral accented finish. Solid, creamy and flavorful.

Crystal clear and pure. The first nosings offer focused scents of roasted grain and tasted marshmallow; additional aeration stimulated further aromas of peanut butter and ash. The palate entry is toasty/ashy and clean; by midpalate the taste profile turns semisweet, intensely grainy, and a tad hot on the tongue. Ends hot, sap-sweet and grainy.
