An unusual blend of 48% Chardonnay, 43% Pinot Noir, 6% Pinot Gris and 3% Pinot Meunier, this is pale sunflower-yellow, with a thick mousse and well-developed layers of orange blossom, lemon and pear.

With a slightly sweet finish set off by high natural acidity, this wine is fruity but not cloying. Primarily Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with smaller amounts of Pinots Meunier and Gris, it has rich cherry cream, citrus rind, peach and vanilla flavors, with a clean, yeasty finish. Mumm has set the standard for nonvintage bruts such as this. Try with puff-pastry hors d’oeuvres.
Bold, creamy aromas of tropical fruit and floral vanilla lead to rich, slightly sweet flavors with notes of spice and white chocolate. A fun quaff. Drink now.

This is a sweeter style of sparkling wine by Mumm, the style is called Sec in French. You’ll find a trace of honey and sugar on the finish to the raspberries, strawberries and vanilla.

Light yellow, with a gentle bead. Ripe pear and nectarine on the nose, with a hint of spun sugar. Smooth, gently sweet orchard fruit and melon flavors are given a slightly bitter edge by a touch of fruit pit and are a tad loose-knit. Finishes on the sweet side but avoids coming off cloying. A bit of late-harvest muscat is used in the dosage, which probably accounts for the pronounced fruitiness.
