Beaujolais always makes a great simple, easy-drinking party wine, but a Cru Beaujolais such as this Brouilly is fun and serious at the same time. Light-bodied with juicy red fruit flavors, but with enough lively acidity and faint stone/earth notes to add complexity. Great with savory Asian dishes, tapas and yes, even fish!
