A blend of Colombard, Sauvignon and Gros Mansang, the Domaine d’Arton drinks more like a White Bordeaux with its intense grapefruit and dill on the nose and palate. Fuller-flavored than many Gascogne whites, while still maintaining the refreshing acidity and light mouthfeel for which these wines are famous. Excellent with grilled chicken and asparagus.
