A traditional Provençal rosé with an attractive salmon pink color and light fruit aromas. It is refined and complex with both fruity and floral notes. On the palate, it has a fresh yet rich, smooth and well balanced taste with a delicate and full flavor. Fairly rounded and medium-bodied, this will complement barbequed and even very spicy food. Serve with blackened salmon and glazed carrots.
