Greenish-yellow. High-pitched bouquet evokes lime zest, agave, white pepper and a hint of habanero. Dry, incisive citrus and orchard fruit flavors show an emphatically spicy character and pick up a sweet melon nuance on the back half. Offers an intriguing blend of vivacity and richness and finishes with a bright note of lime oil. Excellent Chilean sauvignon blanc.

This is one of the most intense and brilliant Chilean Sauvignon Blancs that we sell. Perfumed with aromas of fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice and infused with a sprig of dill, those same citrus and herbal notes follow through on the palate. A zesty wine with a clean finish, the Cartegena is awesome as a before-dinner drink, but try it with chicken with grilled asparagus and wild rice.
