The 2000 Shiraz G.A.M. (400 cases) offers an impressive dark ruby color as well as sweet aromas of red and black fruits intermixed with high class French oak. It possesses outstanding ripeness, a certain elegance and restraint, yet authoritative flavors. Medium to full-bodied, with beautifully integrated acidity, tannin, alcohol, and wood, it will drink well for a decade.

Dense, dark and lush Shiraz from the 2000 vintage. Lightly peppered and richly concentrated black, jammy fruits. Drink for pure enjoyment with grilled steak and lobster.
