Fat and rich, the Lequin-Colin Clos Devant possesses a wealth of ripe fruit, custard and almond notes. The style is forward and very open, so it’s drinking beautifully right now, but there is enough structure to suggest that the wine will age well for several years. Serve with lobster bisque, shrimp scampi or trout almondine.
