This is definitely a wine of great finesse and elegance. On the nose are notes of lemon zest and hazelnuts. On the palate, layers of poached pear and caramelized white peaches evolve. Delicate oak nuances combine with a sensation of silkiness and balanced acidity. On the palate, there is a sensation of fresh silkiness. The finish is long and persistent, ending with an exceptional wealth of flavors, both floral and fruity. Serve this wine with baked red snapper with shrimp in a white wine and butter sauce.
