Deep violet in color with enticing blackberry aromas. The flavors are abundant with black cherry, ripe plums and toasty vanilla. The finish is explosive with bittersweet chocolate and a hint of mint. A real delight with Cornish hens, turkey, pork chops and petite filet mignons served with twice-backed potatoes topped with melted cheddar cheese.

Has a brilliant violet color with intense, sweet spice on the palate. Smooth and ripe, with notes of plums, cassis, blackberries and black cherries. Full bodied and rich, the wine is nicely balanced with tannins and acidity. This would complement dishes that have rich, smoky flavors.
