Cazes has cultivated organically its 220 hectares following biodynamic principles for 12 years. Their approach is based on the use of natural preparations, in order to improve the capacity of resistance of the plant and its ecosystem. The wine is lush and creamy and the flavors evolve on the palate starting with fresh dark fruit and ending with chocolate and peppery spice. Well-rounded tannins make a very complete and satisfying wine. Enjoy with roast beef or lamb, game dishes or mature cheese.

Made up of equal parts biodynamically-farmed Merlot and Syrah, this medium bodied red exhibits deep color and forward flavors of plum and blackberry backed up by toasty spice.
