Ripe, rich and creamy, with fresh, vibrant green apple, citrus and baked apple pie flavors that are full-bodied. Focused and persistent. Finishes nicely with a subtle hint of buttered toast and vanilla.

Lemon drops, golden apples and grapefruit with a caramel and clove like middle, followed by a dry, crisp finish. Big and juicy. Matches well with grilled chicken and spinach salads topped with fresh goat cheese, linguine and clams in a white sauce, and roasted halibut with steamed veggies.
