90 pts. Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate: April, 2010
The 2009 Vina Mein is predominantly Treixadura with the balance Godello, Loureiro, Albarino, Torrontes, Albillo, and Caino fermented in stainless steel with lees aging. Medium straw-colored, it offers up a fragrant bouquet of mineral, baking spices, spring flowers, citrus and poached pear. On the palate it has a very good core of fruit and a slightly exotic personality. With excellent depth and concentration (a product of a superb vintage), this lengthy offering should drink well for several years.

A lively and aromatic white blend from a region typically known for their deep, hearty reds. Perfumed with white flower, stone fruit and baking spices, followed by peach nectar, honey, green apple and honeysuckle on the palate. Somehow this wine manages to be luminescent and creamy at the same time! Incredible mouthfeel and stunning complexity for the price. Terrific for sipping, but makes a stunning match with Asian stir fry or savory chicken dishes.
