Very Mediterranean-styled — full-flavored and lush, but very soft and mellow at the same time. It’s 40% Syrah and 25% Grenache with 15% Merlot blended in to give the wine structure and balance. Medium-bodied with a smooth, dry finish; terrific with a wide range of dishes, including grilled veggies, roast pork or beef bourguignon.
