Ziegler Riesling

A drier-style Riesling, with expressive fragrances of citrus and orange cream, a soft-textured mouthfeel, and flavors of honeydew melon, tangelo and summer wildflowers. Well-balanced and crisp; there’s no mistaking the Alsatian minerality and Germanic influence of the region. This wine is great with dishes such as grilled white meats, fresh summer salads and sushi.

Intense grapefruit and spices in the mouth with a superb texture and length. Intense and lively, with apricot, peach, pear and clove flavors and a hint of white pepper. Serve it up with Chinese cuisine: spicy beef and veggies, chicken and cashews, shrimp rolls and pork fried rice. Also works well as an aperitif and with creamy desserts.
