A fine mineral line drives the lean red cherry flavors in this herbaceous cabernet franc. Give it a little time to knit before serving, chilled, with lean roast beef.

Flavored with black fruit and spice, with a verdant note running along the seam. Rich in flavor, but medium in body — great as an all-around table wine, as it pairs perfectly with pork, grilled vegetables or cheese platters.
