A nose of red fruit, spice and violet is followed by fresh but lush aromas of cherries, blackberries and a touch of smoke and dark chocolate. Smooth and integrated, with a pretty, aromatic character.

Offers nice plum and violet notes, with a dash of roasted vanilla on the soft finish. Syrah, Mourvédre and Viognier. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.

Referred to by the winemakers as “The Easy One,” The Wolftrap is certainly soft and fun to drink, but at the same time it’s incredibly lush and full-flavored. Comprised mainly of Syrah and Mourvèdre, with a splash of Viognier to add brightness and aromatics. Full of black fruit, strawberries, violets and pepper notes, with a long, very smooth finish.
