As far as I am concerned, the 2007 Château de Lavagnac is among the absolute best values we have in Bordeaux. Sleek and powerful, with silky tannins and ripe fruit; the body is packed with dark berry and earthy notes. It is drinkable now but could also be cellared for a few years. An exceptional wine of uncommon character at such a low price point.

As in past vintages, this is one of the jewels of Bordeaux Supérieur. An uncommon wine, with rich and sleek tannins. Accessible now but will bear positive results with short-term aging.
