An elegant blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is made from 25 year old vines. Deep crimson in color, with aromas of currant and cassis, this is an easy drinking Bordeaux for all occasions. Blackberries and black cherry flavors are abundant on the palate. It is structured, with a smooth texture and a rich, satisfying mouthfeel. Perfect to serve with steaks, roast pork or spicy sausages.
