A rich, floral nose starts this expressive semi-dry Riesling, displaying a combination of juicy fruits and spice. The melon flavors are fruit-forward and combine minerally zip with creamy complexity. Overall, an interesting wine that is still approachable. Pair with spicy cuisine and fresh seafood.

As an avid collector of vinyl record albums, I know how annoying a skip can be. Customers who have been reading (possibly collecting) Premier catalogs for many years might notice that this is the fifth or sixth time I have chosen the new vintage of this wine (formerly Johannisberg Riesling) as my catalog pick. Too bad, because this Riesling is just that darn good. Offering signature ripe peach and pear on the nose, and fresh citrus and stone fruit in the mouth, balanced by the nice acidic structure that this Riesling vineyard has come to be known for, with a perfect fruity finish, this wine continues the standard of excellence it has set for the last 22 vintages. Enjoy the semi-dry with a lighter meal or all by itself.
