This is racy and brisk, its peach and orange fruit held in taut suspension by citrusy acidity. Its liveliness makes it a good match for bún thit nuóng (Vietnamese noodles).

Classically styled, with just the right amount of sweetness, this is a wine you just can’t go wrong with. Ripe apricot dominates on the nose and palate, with canned peaches and tart green apple holding up the back end. Lively acidity balances out the sweetness, creating a fun, fruity finish that isn’t sticky or syrupy. Makes a fantastic gift, but pairs nicely with honey-ham or wild sole.
