Mike Ammermuller: August 30, 2008
The smell of this wine reminds me of walking through a forest. Although there is nothing distinctly “forest,” like a lot of pine or grass on the nose, wonderful smells such as these, along with a touch of apple and honey, come together to trigger memories of hikes through wooded areas in those summer months between school. These same smells translate onto the tongue along with a level of acidity to make it a very refreshing wine. Enjoy yourself during those summer months, but revel not only in the wine but in the fact that you don’t have to go back to school and that you can enjoy this wine beyond those summer days.

More reserved and elegant than your average Sauvignon Blanc, this wine has a round mouthfeel with citrus and herbal flavors. Wines from Graves are known for their distinctive minerally finish, and this one is no exception.

Very delicate and fresh white Graves. Brilliant nose of citrus fruits essences with hints of floral tones, mineral and gravelly/silex notes. Full, complex and rich palate, with a long and tasty finish.
