Solid chalk, straw, lime and floral notes run through this bracing, mid-weight version. Has a lingering herb note on the crisp finish. Drink now.

Floral aromas mingle with the grapefruit, pineapple and wet gravel on the extremely expressive nose. On the palate, stony minerality, smoke and gunflint notes keep the fruit in check, and the lively and vibrant acidity makes for a truly refreshing, yet serious drink. The pairing potentials are limitless — beyond classic shellfish dishes, try this with caprese salad or a chicken gyro. This wine is a consistent winner. After all, how can you go wrong with a wine that is served at the tables of the French Parliament?

Explosive, with grapefruit, citrus and subtle notes of stony minerality. Super clean and flavorful; the texture just pops in your mouth. Balanced, long juicy finish.
