The wines of Bookster are sourced from the Sonoma Coast and Napa Valley, two of California’s most recognized and well respected growing regions. The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon shows beautiful depth of color, and aromas of ripe, dark fruit with a touch of sweet vanilla. The wine offers deep flavors of blueberry and blackberry on the palate with the lush fruit and vanilla bean essence brought forth by French oak aging. This is a well-structured Cabernet that can be enjoyed now or cellared for another 8–10 years. This wine would perfectly complement a grilled rib-eye or an herb-roasted rack of lamb.

A joint effort between vineyard owners and winemakers in both Sonoma and Napa Valley, this is a full-bodied Cabernet loaded with deep fruit and vanilla flavors. The fruit is ripe but not overpowering, hinting at black currants and cassis. A subtle spice makes the finish pleasant and long lasting.

Dark ruby color with subtle aromas of cedar, cassis and a hint of green. Fresh on the palate with ripe, pure fruit and a toasty tar element that adds complexity to this full-bodied Cab. Young, with gripping tannins, but the finish is long and shows copious amounts of black fruits. An excellent candidate for the cellar.
