If there’s any oak on this wine, it doesn’t show. What does show up is crisply clean acidity and brilliantly ripe pineapple, lime and honeysuckle flavors, brightened with crisp acidity. It’s a lovely cocktail sipper, and nice with bruschetta and olive or mushroom tapenade.

This wine’s clean flavors of lime pith and peach fuzz have a pleasing roundness rather than a tight grip. A simple white to chill for grilled prawns.
