One of the lightest and gentlest amari, this amber spirit delicately mixes sarsaparilla-like herbal notes and honey sweetness with just the right bitter edge. Mix it into cocktails — mixologists love this amaro — or sip it as a delightful digestif.
Displays early botanical scents of orange peel, fresh not dried coriander, red cherry, pekoe tea and cucumber. Palate entry is sweet at first then it quickly turns mildly bitter and botanical; by midpalate, there’s a slight sweetness of tangerine/mandarin peel. Aftertaste is moderately bittersweet and citrusy.

This opens in a lighter color with a medicinal, herbal, toothpaste-like quality. Made in Bologna, this 23% alcohol amaro is very lively and refreshing with bitter orange on the finish.
