Surprisingly floral and delicate, this workhorse silver tequila has a pleasing agave aroma and a crisp, peppy flavor profile with touches of vanilla and white pepper. Margarita material.

Dry scents of worn leather and Brussels sprouts dominate the first inhalations; aeration stimulated added aromas of green pepper, uncooked asparagus and vegetable oil. The palate entry is firm, moderately oily and dry; by mid palate there’s a flavor expansion that features nuances of black pepper and chalk. Ends totally dry with a touch of black peppercorn. Perfect for Tequila Sunrises.

Clear and relatively pure; dry scents of worn leather and Brussels sprouts dominate three first two minutes of sniffing — six more minutes of exposure to air stimulate added vegetal aromas of green pepper and uncooked asparagus — I notice at the very end of the nosing phase an aroma of vegetable oil; the palate entry is firm, moderately oily and dry — by midpalate, there’s a flavor expansion that features nuances of black pepper and chalk; ends up totally dry with a touch of black peppercorn; perfect for Tequila Sunrises.
